For sports complexes, family entertainment centers, and event venues

Fill the courts, lanes, and rooms you're leaving empty.

We build the custom command center your team actually uses: bookings, memberships, leagues, parties, labor, and F&B connected in one live view — so you fill slow hours and staff to real demand.

Your prime times sell themselves. The rest of the week is the whole game.

Fill the dead hours.

Turn empty weekday court time, open lanes, and idle party rooms into booked revenue with timed promos to members, leagues, and the right nearby list.

Staff to real demand.

Forecast the week from bookings, leagues, weather, and events so managers schedule to the curve instead of last week's gut — through the slow season and the surprise-busy days.

See the whole floor.

Bookings, POS, memberships, leagues, parties, and F&B in one live view instead of five exports you stitch together on a Sunday night.

What we build into your command center.

Every build is scoped around the money leak, the tools you already use, and the decisions your team makes every week.

Revenue

Fill your slow hours

Turn utilization gaps into timed promos and party, league, and corporate leads across courts, lanes, bays, rooms, and show nights — without training the front desk on another tool.

Labor

Forecast-driven scheduling

Match staffing to the real booking curve — leagues, parties, seasonality, and weather — so you stop overstaffing dead afternoons and getting caught short on the busy ones.

Reporting

One live view of every venue

Bookings, POS, memberships, and F&B in one dashboard, per venue and combined, so you stop rebuilding the same numbers in a spreadsheet every week.

A fixed-scope build, not a forever implementation.

We keep the first version tight: one painful workflow, one working command center, one clear path to ROI.

1

Map the leak

We identify the margin, labor, waste, or utilization workflow most worth fixing first.

2

Connect the tools

We wire your current stack through APIs, exports, forms, databases, or lightweight automations.

3

Build the system

We ship the dashboard, logic, alerts, and AI workflows around how your team already operates.

4

Launch with the team

We hand over the system, document the workflow, and tune the first version with real operator feedback.

Straight answers to your questions.

We already use CourtReserve, ROLLER, or Upper Hand. Why do we need this?

We're not replacing them, and we don't sell a booking system. Those run your reservations. They don't give you one live picture across bookings plus Toast or Square, memberships, F&B, and labor. We pull the tools you already pay for into one command center that sits on top of them. Nothing changes at the front desk. The dashboard is for you and your managers.

How much does this cost?

Most first builds land between $3,000 and $10,000 depending on scope, integrations, and number of venues. We define the fixed price before build work starts. You pay once and own the system. No subscription.

How long does the first version take?

Most focused systems can be live in about 30 days after the workflow is mapped and access to the required tools is available.

Our business is seasonal. Is this worth it?

Seasonality is the argument for it. The swing is the problem: you overstaff the slow weeks and get caught short on the surprise-busy ones. Seeing demand a week out is worth the most when it's lumpy. One right-sized shift a day, or one recovered slow Tuesday, tends to cover it.

Is this another monthly SaaS platform?

No. It is a custom system built for you. Some clients add new phases later, but the first build is fixed scope and fixed price, and you own it outright.
